Your team's regular practice is built for the whole roster and the whole season. Team training sessions are a supplemental block booked by a coach or a group of parents to work on exactly what regular practice doesn't have time for, team shape, attacking patterns, defensive shape, and set pieces, run by a trainer who coordinates directly with your existing coach.
We start by talking to your team's regular coach, what formation you play, what the team is already working on, and what's falling apart on Saturdays that practice hasn't fixed yet. Team training sessions are built around that gap, not a generic curriculum.
This isn't a replacement for your team's coach or regular practice, it's an add-on block, usually booked directly by a coach or organized by a group of parents, focused on the tactical and technical patterns a weekly practice slot rarely has time to drill properly.
We coordinate directly with your team's coach so this session reinforces what they're already building, instead of contradicting it.
Rec or travel teams (any age 7–14 bracket) whose coach or parent group wants extra structured sessions focused on team shape, patterns, and set pieces beyond what regular practice time allows.
